Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and JNN Global for using AxionOS. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept them.
Effective 25 June 2026
1. Who we are
AxionOS (“AxionOS”, “we”, “us”) is operated by JNN Global, registered at Fairford Road, Birmingham, B44 8DJ. You can reach us at contact@evandeli.com.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- Each account is for one role — homeowner/business client or tradesperson. Roles are kept strictly separate across the platform.
- You’re responsible for your login credentials and everything done under your account. Keep them secure and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
- Information you give us (including at registration and verification) must be accurate and kept up to date. You can manage your details any time from your account.
3. What AxionOS does — and doesn’t do
AxionOS is a technology platform and intermediary. We verify trades, surface demand, and provide escrow and dispute tooling. We are not a party to the contract for any building work — that contract is formed directly between the client and the tradesperson. We don’t carry out construction work, provide it, or act as anyone’s agent, and we don’t provide legal, financial or insurance advice. See our Disclaimer for the full picture.
4. Verification
Before a tradesperson can quote or be paid, they complete identity and financial verification through our payments partner (Stripe Connect KYC) and confirm insurance and trade details. Verification meaningfully reduces risk but is not a guarantee of quality, conduct or outcome. Always use your own judgement and the tools we provide (reviews, authority tier, milestones).
5. ACUs (AxionOS Credit Units)
- ACUs are platform credits used by trades to unlock leads (£1 = 100 ACU). They are a licence to access platform features, not electronic money, currency, or a stored-value instrument, and have no cash value outside the platform.
- Purchased ACUs are generally non-refundable once spent, except where you have a right to a refund under law. See the Escrow & Payments Policy.
- We may vary ACU pricing and lead pricing; changes apply to future purchases and unlocks.
6. Payments & escrow
Client payments for work are held in milestone escrow and released on approval. Payments are processed by Stripe; by transacting you also agree to Stripe’s terms. The mechanics, fees, refunds and timings are set out in the Escrow & Payments Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use AxionOS lawfully and fairly, and to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, don’t circumvent the platform to avoid fees, post false information, harass others, or misuse leads or personal data.
8. Reviews & reputation
Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand experience. We use verified outcomes to calculate reputation and authority tiers (Rule 14). Fake, incentivised or retaliatory reviews are prohibited and may be removed.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit (job descriptions, photos, profile details). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use it to operate and promote the platform. You’re responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
10. Our intellectual property
AxionOS, SignalCore, the AxionOS marks, software, and platform design belong to JNN Global and our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform; you may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell it.
11. Suspension & termination
You can close your account any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for other users, or where required by law. We’ll act proportionately and, where appropriate, give notice.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, AxionOS is provided “as is”; we’re not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship or solvency of any client or tradesperson, and our total liability to you is limited as set out in the Disclaimer.
13. Complaints
If something goes wrong, our Complaints & Disputes process explains how we help — including AI-assisted, neutral resolution of escrow milestone disputes.
14. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; we’ll post the new version here with a fresh effective date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
