Acceptable Use Policy
A trusted grid only works if everyone plays fair. These are the rules of AxionOS — they protect clients, trades and the integrity of the platform.

1. Be honest
- Give accurate identity, trade, insurance and pricing information.
- Don’t impersonate anyone, or create accounts to manipulate reviews, reputation or authority tiers.
- Reviews must be genuine and first-hand. No fake, paid or retaliatory reviews.
2. Keep it on-platform
Don’t use AxionOS to find a counterparty and then take the transaction off-platform to avoid fees, escrow or verification (“platform circumvention”). Escrow and verification are what keep everyone safe — bypassing them removes that protection and breaches these terms.
3. Respect the law
- Only offer work you’re legally qualified, licensed and insured to carry out (e.g. Gas Safe, Part P electrical).
- Comply with building regulations, health & safety, tax and consumer-protection law.
- No money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform to facilitate anything illegal.
4. Respect people
- No harassment, discrimination, threats, hate speech or abusive conduct.
- No spam, and no unsolicited marketing to contacts you obtain through the platform.
5. Respect data
Personal data and lead details accessed through AxionOS may only be used to pursue the specific job they relate to. Don’t resell, re-list, scrape or repurpose them. Handle others’ data in line with our Privacy Policy and data-protection law.
6. Respect the platform
- No scraping, automated harvesting, reverse-engineering or attempts to bypass security or access controls.
- No malware, denial-of-service, or probing of the infrastructure without written authorisation.
- No interfering with matching, scoring or other users’ access.
7. What happens if you breach this
Depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, restrict features, lower authority, suspend or permanently terminate your account, withhold or reverse payouts where justified, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Our Terms of Use govern these actions.
