1. We’re an intermediary
AxionOS connects clients with tradespeople and provides verification, escrow and dispute tooling. Any contract for building work is formed directly between the client and the tradesperson. We are not a party to it, do not perform the work, and are not responsible for the quality, timing, legality or completion of any job.
2. Verification has limits
Identity, financial (Stripe Connect KYC) and insurance checks substantially lower the risk of bad actors, but they are point-in-time and not a guarantee of a trade’s ongoing conduct, competence, solvency or the result of any specific job. Always review profiles, reputation and quotes, and use milestone escrow.
3. AI scoring is decision-support, not a guarantee
Lead scores, classifications, reputation (Rule 14 authority) and matching produced by our SignalCore engine are automated estimates to help you decide. They can contain errors or omissions and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a financial or hiring decision.
4. No professional advice
Nothing on AxionOS — including blog content and guides — is legal, financial, structural, insurance or tax advice. Seek a qualified professional for your specific circumstances.
5. Third-party content & links
Profiles, reviews, lead data and external links may originate from third parties. We take reasonable steps to verify what we can, but we don’t endorse and aren’t responsible for third-party content or websites.
6. Availability
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard on uptime and security but don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that defects will always be corrected immediately.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, conduct or insolvency of any client or tradesperson;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or goodwill; and
- our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100.
